According to the police, Pappu Yadav, a native of Bihar, was employed with the Nirulas outlet at the DT Mega Mall on Golf Course Road. On Friday night, a resident of Block T in DLF City Phase 3 had placed an order for a pizza at Nirulas.

Yadav was on his way to deliver the order when two unknown men intercepted him and forced him to give them the pizza. "The victim tried to reason with them saying he could not do so as a customer in DLF City Phase 3 was waiting for the delivery. Before the boy could realise anything, the men stabbed him and fled," the police said.

Passersby, who saw the victim, informed the police control room and he was rushed to a private hospital. Later, Yadav was sent to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi for further treatment.
