Girls outperform boys in HP Board's Class 10 results

Girls once again outperformed the boys in this year's Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) Class 10 examinations, the results of which were declared on Sunday. Of the total 32 students, who made it to the merit list for top 10 positions, 23 are girls.

Vaishnavi Thakur of Aryan Public School, Jhiriwala, Solan, topped the examination by scoring 97.28% marks, while Vaibhav Vashisth of S Vidya Mandir Mandir, Ghumarwin, Anchal Gupta of SVN Public School, Nahan, Nihkil Sharma of SVM High School, Dalash, and Eesha of Aryan Public School, Bilaspur, came second by scoring 97% marks.
