Police recovered 40 landmines and destroyed two Maoist bunkers-cum-training centres in Jharkhand's Garwah district on Wednesday, an official said.

According to the official, an anti-Maoist operation was on for a week in Sania jungle, which borders areas of Latehar and Garwah district.
Police recovered five hand grenades, two pistols, one rifle and fuse wires from the bunkers.
