Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today assured action on the alleged suicide by a former employee of now defunct MDLR airline.

"We will take appropriate action," Hooda said here when asked for his reaction on the abetment to suicide case against Gopal Kanda, the owner of the airline and minister of state for home affairs in the Haryana government.

Geetika Sharma, who had quit his company recently, allegedly committed suicide at her Ashok Vihar residence in New Delhi last night as she was under depression after Kanda reportedly pressurised her to rejoin work.
