With the state government deciding not to conduct the MBBS entrance exam through WBJEE and opt for the single window medical entrance test, titled Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test by the Centre, the rush among MBBS passouts to get enrolled in NEET for postgraduate courses has begun.
Over 69,000 candidates have already completed their online registration and scheduling process since the registration window for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduates (NEET-PG) opened on October 4.
Prometric, the test development and delivery solutions provider, which conducts the Common Admission Test (CAT), would also conduct the NEET-PG. The registration and scheduling website offers realtime scheduling for all candidates. Thousands of candidates have been enrolling from 47 test centres across 33 cities.
