The victim had made the stunning revelation at chief minister’s Janata Darshan on Wednesday and within minutes both the accused along with the mother were arrested.

The accused was attacked while the police brought him to a city court.

He was somehow rescued and sent to jail along with his son. The girl’s mother, who allegedly was aware of heinous act, was also sent to jail.

All the three accused were produced before the court of additional chief judicial magistrate-IV Kamlapati Ram.

They all pleaded not guilty but the court sent them to judicial custody for 14 days. They had earlier confessed the crime in police custody.

Earlier, a group of lawyers surrounded the three accused and thrashed them when they were taken to the courtroom in police custody.

The angry lawyers said that no advocate should take up the case of such people.

Shiva Shukla, station officer (SO) of Mahila Thana, said the investigation in the case was on.

She said some more IPC sections could be added in the FIR if the girl’s allegation that parent used to give her contraceptive pills and other medicines was proved in the medical examination.

The girl had alleged that she had infections in vital organs due to medicines given by her father and brother.

The girl’s father is a fitter at one of the locomotive workshops of the railways while the brother is a sale representative at a garment showroom.
