The Special MCOCA (Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act) court wants the Centre and state government along with security agencies to decide where they want to keep Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) operative and key 26/11 handler Sayeed Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal, as his presence is required in the city to begin the trial in the 2006 Aurangabad Arms haul case.

Hearing the arms haul case, the special court on December 7 issued notices to the home ministry, Maharashtra ATS and authorities of the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai and the Yerwada jail in Pune to arrange for Jundal's security.

The court had issued notices to the authorities, when Jundal alleged that he was forced by the Mumbai Police to make a confessional statement in the 26/11 case.
