A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her landlord after being forced to consume a drink laced with sedatives at southeast Delhi’s Pul Prahladpur this Sunday.

Identified as one Ravindra, a Tughlakabad resident, the accused allegedly waylaid the victim near her Vishwakarma Colony residence before luring her to Faridabad where he raped her. “He then dropped her back near her house and fled,” said a police officer.

When she regained her senses, the victim related the incident to her parents, who approached the police. A case was registered after her medical examination confirmed rape. The accused is yet to be caught.

In another case, three persons were arrested for allegedly raping a 22-year-old bar dancer at their flat at Kusumpur Pahari in the early hours of Wednesday.

The arrested persons have been identified as Mukesh, who is pursuing his BA from IGNOU, Devendra and Dheeraj. Police said the victim had made a PCR call when the accused were attempting to drop her near Priya Complex in Vasant Vihar after raping her.

Quoting her complaint, a police officer said the woman was offered a lift by two men on a scooter.

“They took her to their flat where a third man was already presentand raped her,” said the officer. A case of rape has been registered and the three have been arrested.
