Senior ADAG executives Gautam Doshi, Hari Nair and Surendra Pipara. The three executives are undertrials in Tihar Jail, where there boss met them once on June 8.
The CBI is expected to explain in the Supreme Court on Tuesday the basis on which it took the decision not to oppose the bail pleas of DMK MP Kanimozhi and four others in the 2G scam.

A SC bench of justice GS Singhvi and justice HL Dattu had asked the additional solicitor general
Haren Raval on Monday to make a statement regarding this before it on Tuesday.

The order came after others accused in the case pleaded that the probe agency should treat them on equal footing as far as bail was concerned. The court was hearing the bail pleas of five corporate honchos who pleaded that they should be released as there was no chance of them tampering with the evidence.

The CBI opposed the bail pleas of Unitech Wireless MD Sanjay Chandra, Swan Telecom director Vinod Goenka and Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group executives Hari Nair, Gautam Doshi and Surrendra Pipara.

The agency on October 24 didn't oppose the bail pleas of Kanimozhi, Kalaignar TV MD Sharad Kumar, directors of Kusegaon Fruits and Vegetables Asif Balwa, Rajiv Agarwal and Bollywood producer Karim Morani before a CBI court.
