3 students kill man after a scuffle

The Delhi Police have apprehended three students who killed a man with whom they had picked up a fight while travelling in a bus in Seelampur on Saturday afternoon.

The police said that the youths, who are in the age group of 16, were returning from school when they entered into a scuffle.

The victim, identified as Chand, had several cases registered against him at Seelampur police station. “The students were going to Seelampur when they had an argument with Chand. It was after coming out of the bus that they attacked Chand with a sharp-edged weapon,” said a police officer.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. “One stab wound at his heart proved fatal. The boys have been sent to juvenile home,” the officer said.
