Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday came down heavily on the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), for belittling the advancements made in the education sector of Delhi.

Speaking at a function in Sarojini Nagar, Dikshit said there were certain sections of people, who are not able to see the development that has taken place in Delhi in the past 15 years.

“They might have an eyesight problem. The people of Delhi will not not able to digest the efforts made to malign the strides we have taken in the sector of education. They (the opposition) are keen on creating chaos and confusion by misleading people and have been issuing statements based on half-baked truths,” she said.
