Narendra Modi’s rally is not the only one that the city will witness on Sunday. The Congress has also decided to hold a rally to highlight the achievements of the Sheila Dikshit governments in the past 15 years.

The ‘bike and scooter rally’ is expected to start from Uttam Nagar at 9am. According to Congress leaders, close to 5,000 people are expected to participate in the rally.

Accusing the leaders of the BJP of illegally collecting `500 crore to make Modi’s rally a success, Congress leader Mukesh Sharma — who will also lead the rally — said the money was extorted from builders, parking mafia, illegal hoarding magnets and contractors.

“The three municipal corporations have deployed their entire staff to bring in crowds for the rally,” Sharma said.
