The well-known multinational company, M/s Punj Lloyd, will construct the quarters and also maintain them for 25 years,” said Khanna at the foundation-laying ceremony of the project.

Located in north-west Delhi’s Dheerpur, the 60-acre land will house 5,202 units (ground plus 12 floors with lift facilities) with three types of quarters.
