Congress today said no political meaning should be imputed to a CBI court granting bail to YSR Congress chief Jaganmohan Reddy.

Congress spokesman P C Chacko said this while replying to a query about the political significance of the bail given to Jagan a day after TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu had a meeting with BJP leaders in New Delhi.

"The decision of the court is always respected by all. I do not think it is proper to see different things in different contexts," Chacko said.

A special CBI court in Hyderabad today granted bail to Jagan in a disproportionate assets case.
