Indo-Oz youth meet in Sydney, Melbourne

The Australia-India youth dialogue will host its second conference in Melbourne and Sydney. The event brings together 30 emerging leaders in the 18-35 age group, hailing from the two countries, across various sectors.


The conference will take place in Melbourne on January 30-31, and Sydney on February 1.

The conference panels will be headed by experts on international security, education, social innovation, media and foreign director investment from both countries.

Bob Carr, Australian foreign minister, described it “as an important opportunity for emerging leaders”.
The first edition of the dialogue was held in New Delhi and Mumbai in 2012.
