The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested two men in the Kunda triple murder case on Sunday. The two were allegedly involved in the murder of Nanhe Yadav, gram pradhan of Balipur.

Nanhe was murdered along with his brother Suresh on March 2. But the case gained notoriety with the murder of police officer Zia-ul Haque.

According to agency officials, Nanhe's murder was a fallout of a land dispute. Nine months ago, he had bought two bighas of land in Balipur from one Babloo Pandey. Pandey had a dispute over the land with one Kamta Pal and Nanhe inherited the tussle.

On Sunday, the CBI arrested Kamta Pal's sons Ajay and Vijay. A contractor, Rakesh Pal, was detained. With the arrests, the agency now hopes to unravel the conspiracy behind the murder of Haque and Suresh.
