Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Yousuf Raza Gilani will discuss bilateral issues over dinner at Mohali, where the two leaders will see their teams clash in the World Cup semifinal on Wednesday, an official in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said.

"There are likely to be general talks on bilateral issues, rather than a structured agenda," the official told IANS.
The dinner will be hosted by Manmohan Singh, the official added.
"The details are being worked out," he said, when asked who all will attend the dinner.
According to the latest information, Gilani will fly into Chandigarh a few hours before the match, the official said.
Manmohan Singh will reach Chandigarh from Delhi in the afternoon, sources said.
Meanwhile, reports from Chandigarh said that tight security measures have been put in place for the visit of the two Prime Ministers on Wednesday.
Manmohan Singh and his wife Gursharan Kaur will stay overnight at Punjab Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh, an official said.
Gilani will be staying at the Taj Hotel, where the two teams are also hosted, the official added. His delegation will be accommodated at a Chandigarh administration guest house.
On Monday, two-day home secretary level talks between the two countries began in New Delhi.
