Shallow fog was seen on Thursday morning but thick fog may return over the weekend.

On Thursday, the sky was partly cloudy with the sun coming out only for a short interval. Cold winds that swept across the city made many shiver.

The temperatures are expected to be higher on Friday with the Weatherman forecasting the temperatures to stay between 9 and 18 degrees Celsius. Shallow fog will be followed by clear skies.
