Saying that all documents related to the 2G spectrum allocation have already been made available with the joint parliamentary committee (JPC), Prime Minister Manmohan Singh rejected BJP leader Yashwant Sinha's demand for his appearance before the panel.

In a reply to the recent letter from Sinha- a member of the JPC - Singh maintained "neither the government nor I have anything to hide in this matter (2G spectrum allocation)".

The probe panel's chairman and Congress member of Parliament PC Chacko maintained that the panel alone cannot ask the PM to appear before it because the Lok Sabha speaker's permission is required.
