"With the announcement of reduction in prices of non-subsidised gas cylinders by the Union government, the prices of essential items will come down," she said.

She initiated the laying of internal sewer lines in Uttam Nagar at a cost Rs. 234 crore. She also inaugurated the construction of two multi-storied community centres being built at a cost of Rs. 12 crore.
