Two brothers, both engineers working for a multinational company, were roughed up, allegedly by their neighbour and his friends following an argument over parking.

The incident happened around 11.30 pm on Thursday in south Delhi's Jamia Nagar. The victims are Khan Babar Sayeed, 31, and his brother Khan Moid Hasan, 30. Both are undergoing treatment at AIIMS Trauma Center.

According to police, the accused fired two bullets in the air, one of which allegedly missed one of the victims. Police have registered a case of hurt under the Arms Act at the Jamia Nagar police station.

The victims claimed that Naim did not want them to park their car in front of his house as it obstructed his way, police said.

"On Thursday night, an argument broke out between them after the accused's car brushed past the victims' car and he tried to drive off after that,” a senior police officer said.
