A 26-year-old employee of a publishing house was molested by a drunken man aboard a metro train in south Delhi on Tuesday.

"She was getting off the train at Green Park when a man physically assaulted her," said a senior police officer.

Police said the man swung his arm at her seconds before she stepped out of the train.

"She said he tried to slap her face but ended up hitting her chest. She screamed for help but no one came forward," the officer said.

Police said they rushed to the said metro station and were scanning CCTV footage to ascertain the exact series of events.
