    Noida authority wakes up after storm; hoardings to be pulled down

    The Noida authority failed to clear debris of billboards or unipoles and uprooted trees from roads, even on Thursday, two days after strong winds hit the city. Following the negligence of builders who installed unipoles along roads for advertising purposes, a new policy was being drafted to ensure safety of pedestrians and to ensure smooth traffic.
