Protests continue over girl's death

Protests over the brutal murder of an 18-year-old girl in Faridabad continued for the third day on Sunday.

Activists of the c on Sunday took part in a candlelight march against the Thursday murder.

The march began from Ajrondha and ended at New Industrial Township area where the incident had taken place. The protesters also demanded a stricter watch on guesthouses in the city.

Police have said they were yet to find Tony, the owner the guesthouse where the girl was found dead. He is absconding.

His wife is said to be hospitalised in Delhi.

The 18-year-old school girl was found brutally murdered with her throat slit at the guesthouse in late on Thursday. The girl had left her Gandhi Colony home for tuition classes but did not return till late evening, prompting the family to inform the police.
