A 35-year-old married woman was raped at her rented apartment by her landlord in New Palam Vihar on Saturday morning.
The police have arrested the house owner and a medical examination of the victim has been done. The accused is likely to be produced before the duty magistrate on Sunday.
According to police, the woman's husband was not at home on Friday night and she was asleep with her two children, when the incident took place.
On Saturday morning Shiv Darshan Mishra entered her room and started misbehaving with her. He later raped her and also threatened to kill her.
