Haryana government has proposed an annual plan of
Rs. 17,650 crore for financial year 2013-14, which is over 20% more than the outlay in the annual plan of current fiscal.
A major portion of the proposed Annual Plan is dedicated to social services including education, health, medical services with earmarked funds to the tune of
Rs. 9,770.89 crore.
