Dr Subodh Yadav had complained against Awadhpal and Chandra Pratap to the UP lokayukta about grabbing of village panchayat land and allotment of construction work for the construction of animal husbandry hospital to his (Yadav’s) son. The state government spokesman said that vigilance department after thorough probe found the complaint true and thereafter permission was sought from the government for their prosecution, which was granted on Tuesday.
