The police told a court in New Delhi on Friday that offences of forgery could be made out against four persons, including constable Arvind Dabas, who have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the tapping of senior politician Arun Jaitley’s phone.
Offences under Sections 464, 468 and 471 of the IPC could be made out, the police said.
