A "harassed" man, who sued his son and daughter-in-law to evict them from his property, has been granted possession of his house by a Delhi court. Devi Dayal Sharma, a resident of northeast Delhi, moved the court of additional senior civil judge Raj Kumar, against his son and daughter-in-law, claiming they had harassed him and said he wanted to evict them from his property.

Sharma said he had acquired the property and his son and daughter-in-law should be restrained from doing away with it.

After perusing the documents which showed Sharma as the owner, the court passed a decree in his favour. It restrained Sharma's son and daughter-in-law and their agents from subletting, assigning and parting with the possession of the property.
