The BPCC president said the district panel chiefs should have their responsibility to ensure that each booth committee have representations from scheduled castes, minorities and women, as per the party policy.

While lauding the UPA govt for granting Rs. 12,000 crore special package to Bihar, Chaudhary lambasted the state govt for its ignorance towards 16 projects being executed by the centre in the state.

Senior party leaders Vijay Shankar Mishra, Prem Chandra Mishra, Jamal Ahmad Bhallu, Shakeel Ahmad Khan and Lal Babu Lal were prominent among those who attended the meeting. Meanwhile, the BPCC president has formed a five-member media committee headed by Prem Chandra Mishra to propagate the party ideology and counter the offensive of political rivals.
