Devotees from all over the country on Sunday paid homage to revolutionary-turned-spiritual leader Sri Aurobindo at his ashram here on the occasion of his 60th death anniversary.
Devotees meditated before his memorial at Aurobindo Ashram and also visited his room in the ashram premises, where he used to carry on his spiritual work.
It was on this day in 1950, Sri Aurobindo passed away. The ashram was established here in 1926.
