Curfew — relaxed in parts of Kashmir — is likely to be back in the entire Valley on Friday, when separatist hardliner Syed Ali Shah Geelani has called for a protest march in Srinagar over Afzal Guru’s execution.

Praising the people for helping to bring normalcy back, CM Omar Abdullah said keeping the peace on Friday was crucial.

“Some groups are bent on exploiting the situation. But let me tell you they have no love lost for Guru,’’ said Abdullah.

“They have to answer where they were when Guru was pleading for mercy and had no lawyer. When the rest had Ram Jethmalani and others, Guru had no lawyer."
