Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) today unveiled three new Aadhaar-enabled services which would help residents to authenticate their identity anytime and anywhere through a digital platform.

Four army jawans and a Hizbul Mujahideen militant were killed in a fierce gunbattle in south Kashmir's Pulwama district today. The encounter took place at Buchu Tral in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, 40km from Srinagar.
Three persons, allegedly involved in several murder cases including that of a father-son duo in the premises of Lady Hardinge Medical College and carrying a joint reward of Rs. 1.5 lakh, were arrested, police said on Thursday.
