While Neeraj Chibba’s  first book, Zero Percentile Missed IIT, Kissed Russia gave an insight
into Russia, from where completed his post-graduation, his second book, Zero Percentile 2.0 Missed IIT Kissed Gurgaon takes a look into the world of ambition and power broiling inside the tall skyscrapers of the Millenium City.Working as vice-president in financial matters in a software company in Gurgaon since 1999, Chibba draws extensively from his experience in the city.

What is the book ‘Zero Percentile 2.0 Missed IIT Kissed Gurgaon’ about?
The book is about two friends, Pankaj and Motu, and how ambition takes a toll on their relationship. There are aspects of love, betrayal and choices for different reasons involved along the plot as they both go about finding their destiny. The plot revolves around greed, love, friendship, conspiracy, an attempt to murder and a hostile takeover bid.

Why is the book set in Gurgaon?
After completing my Post Graduation from Volgograd State Technical University in Russia, I came to Gurgaon to join a software company. I have seen the city practically change and grow in front of my eyes since 1999.

What role does the city play in this book?
Zero Percentile 2.0 is based on life inside PureConsultants a midsize software company located in Gurgaon. The growth of the city and the company are interlinked in the plot of the book.

What does the city mean to you?
Gurgaon currently is a city of contrasts. On the one side it gives out loud and clear statement of being there among the best and on the other there are broken roads, non-existent sewage systems, poor water and electricity supply and a high rate of crime.

What are the major changes you have seen in the city?
From being a small town on the outskirts of Delhi, it has become a major hub for entertainment, partying, shopping and food.
