Supermodel Naomi Campbell has revealed that she is taking the whole of 2010 off to start a family. The 39-year-old has decided to take a year off to be with boyfriend of 18 months, Russian Billionaire Vladislav Doronin and start a family with him, reports mirror.co.uk.

"Naomi knows her biological clock is ticking. She realises that she's got to get a move on if she wants to have children - the time is now," said a source.
