It was a memorable day for the celebrities, who turned up the racing track in Greater Noida to watch India's maiden Grand Prix. Tennis player Sania Mirza said, "A day at the races. What a fun. It was superbly organised. Great day." If cricketer Yuvraj Singh looked excited and supported
Sahara Force India, his mate Suresh Raina was not behind. He wrote on twitter, "So proud to have an Indian Formula One! Excited to see the facilities. Had so much fun."  Cricketer Virendra Sehwag wrote: "Very excited."

Filmstar Shah Rukh Khan tweeted, "Long flight, great sleep. Got pleasantly hit by the Delhi winter start. Refreshed, reloaded, ready to enjoy F1 in my hometown." Former India cricketer Saurav Ganguly looked very excited while coming out of the circuit. He said, "It was very good. I saw it for the first time." He earlier tweeted, "Heading towards BIC for the historic Indian F1 race. Cars, drivers. Only speed is the important thing."

Bollywood actor Preity Zinta also took to Twitter to express her excitement. She wrote: "Driving to the Formula 1 Race! So excited....cannot believe the crazy traffic and how hot it is! Bring on the speed boyz.. We are ready!"
