Vettel to start Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from pitlane, to have setup changes

Over four and a half hours after qualifying, FIA stewards found that Vettel's Red
Bull RB8 had insufficient fuel in its tank after the German was told by his team to stop on the circuit and was not able to return to the pits under his own power.
Instead of starting 24th, Vettel has opted to start from the pitlane and therefore has been given permission to modify his car's setup before the start of the race.
In order to aid overtaking, Red Bull have modified the gearbox ratios in the RB8 in order to improve straight line speed and also modified the car's suspension.
Vettel's closest championship rival Fernando Alonso, who is currently 13 points behind the German, will start the race from sixth and can regain the championship lead if he finishes third and Vettel finishes no better than 10th.
