A seasoned traveller, the single, confident, 30-something author decides to take a break from the ‘Present Moment’ to blaze a trail across Europe on a shoestring budget, taking up residence with
family and friends along the way. Her objective is to stick by nine cardinal rules, which include avoiding summer romances, souvenir shopping and public transport. Adrift is a fast-paced, witty, and adventure-packed account of that journey, peopled with interesting characters and offbeat destinations. An enjoyable read.

— Girija Duggal

Cold Feet is a compilation of short stories catering to the dark fiction genre. What makes it an interesting read is the crisp and witty language used by debutant author Mithun Mukherjee. Other interesting bits about this book are the graphics and short paragraphs used before every story, which leave you with the option of taking your own pick and not going with the author’s whim. A quick read and definitely not penned down to haunt you, the book unravels some hidden secrets about life.

— Aakriti Sawhney

Written with the purpose of telling the world that there’s something ‘beyond’ us, Yogi Ashwini has compiled 51 instances (read testimonials) where he’s helped people overcome medical problems through various spiritual sciences. These first-person accounts have been supplemented with medical certificates to prove how the Yogi changed their lives. However, he maintains that the book isn’t an attempt to discourage readers from seeking medical help, as his processes aren’t substitutes for medical science.

— Aroma Sah
