In an attempt to address examination-related anxieties of students and parents, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun its first phase of counselling. The service, which was made available to students from February 1, will continue till April 16. Students can avail of
the telephonic counselling service, by calling at 1800 180 3456 or the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) on 1800-180-3456. Principals from across different schools and trained counsellors will cater to students' queries.

Alternately, students can also write in to crackyourboards@gmail.com. HT will publish the suitable queries and the subsequent responses by CBSE.

Students can also log on to the CBSE website and they can interact with Chairman on exam related issues at jsctet.cbse@gmail.com or mcsharma2007@rediffmail.com.
