Wriddhiman Saha, declared Man of the Match for his unbeaten 46 that helped Chennai Super Kings beat Kochi Tuskers Kerala by 11 runs here om Wednesday night, said he was not under any pressure to perform, but played according to the situation. Having replaced Anirudha Srikkanth in the
playing eleven, Saha batted with assurance and with some big hits in the final stages of the innings after being promoted in the batting order — and this was what eventually ensured a CSK victory as Tuskers fell short in their chase.

“I am playing for only for the team. I do not mind the pressure. Everything is okay.” Saha, who was included in the Indian ODI team for the tour of the West Indies, said the IPL was an excellent preparation for him.

“International players are playing in IPL and that helps.”
