Ajay Singh dubbed the government’s claims on amount of investment in the state as farce and alleged corruption was the hallmark of the government proven by huge disclosure of properties during Lokayukta raids on government officers and employees.
He said if the CM really wanted to eliminate corruption from Madhya Pradesh, he should grant permission for investigation into complaints pending at Lokayukta organisation against ten of his ministers.

He talked a lot about golden Madhya Pradesh. A special session of the assembly was called in May 2010. Action groups were to be constituted on several subjects. Those action groups were not formed till date. In addition, if these were really formed where were the reports of these groups, he asked.
He said there was rampant illegal mining in the state. An IPS officer had lost his life. Even then, there were regular reports of attacks on the government officials who dared to check illegal mining.
