Investigators probing the Hyderabad blasts are verifying the role of two Saudi Arabia-based Indians, who are suspected of being the handlers of a terror module, of which 12 alleged operatives were recently chargesheeted in Bangalore for plotting attacks.
The suspects include a
Hyderabad resident who had relocated to Saudi Arabia three years ago. He is a relative of Mohammed Shahid, a terror suspect who was killed by masked gunmen in Pakistan in 2007.
The other suspect also relocated to Saudi Arabia from Hubli, Karnataka.
"The role of a Saudi Arabia-based relative of Shahid is also being verified as he is suspected of being in touch with Pakistan-based terror outfits," an officer said.
