It’s the perfect weather for a barbeque, and JW Marriott’s Café@JW is cashing in on it! Chef Pallav Singhal, chef Deepak Gurung and their teams bring to city a mouthwatering swell of grilled and barbequed delicacies.


With both buffet and a la carte options, the festival is offering eight non-vegetarian and vegetarian delicacies each, which would be accompanied by interesting table condiments such as mango & coconut dip and smoked tomato and garlic dip. They also have on offer mustard sauces such as arugula, strawberry, sundried tomato, pickle onion and olive and sesame and garlic.

Grill offerings are a mix of western, oriental and Indian cuisines. Some of the interesting must-try dishes are rum and citrus glazed shrimps, herb and garlic crusted chicken drumstick and lamb kabargah for non-vegetarians and grilled purple potato with sour cream and spring onions, cheese stuffed mushroom and tawe ki dabbi arbi for vegetarians.
