Former Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Chhagan Bhujbal on Thursday "pointed his fingers" at the Shiv Sena leader Narayan Rane and BJP leader Gopinath Munde in connection with the counterfeit stamp paper racket.
Addressing a press conference, Bhujbal while claiming that he
(Bhujbal) was clean in the whole matter said both Rane and Munde have "much to hide in this matter".
He said the fact that police have not touched him (Bhujbal) is indication of the fact that he was innocent.
Replying to a question, he expressed optimism that Congress and the NCP alliance will be able to bag nearly 35 seats in the ensuing Lok Sabha elections.
