Gujarat town peaceful after poll violence

The situation was peaceful in Jambusar town of Bharuch district on Saturday, where violence had erupted during assembly elections on Thursday, police said. Night curfew was imposed in the town on Friday
after minor incidents, they said.

Earlier an indefinite curfew was clamped following violence on Thursday but the restriction were lifted on Friday morning.
