Crafts from the south

1AQ is going to host the first ever South India’s divine cultural festival Isha Utsav. This twelve day long festival consists of an exhibition, featuring specially designed crafts from rural India, organic foods for urban living, daily meditation sessions and Isha live music. Isha Craft and textiles, that are made from locally sourced, natural materials, eco-friendly products. The performances of Sounds of Isha deliver a potent and ethereal concoction of music to the ears.

Walk in the past

Join the Dilliwallas to enjoy and experience the Sufi culture and qawalis at the  Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya’s Dargah, an oasis of spiritual serenity amongst the hustle-bustle of a almost 750 years old village. Head there to listen to some shayari of Amir Khusrau and Mirza Ghalib, feel the throbbing life here at one of the oldest settled villages of Delhi and hear the Qawwals sing uplifting Sufi qalaans in the glory of the Khwaja & his beloved the Allmighty.

Join in solidarity

As part of the One Billion Rising Campaign Sangat and Jagori are organising an evening reaffirming solidarity and commitments to end Violence against Women. Mallika Sarabhai and Elizabeth Sombart will do their first ever performance of Broken Wings of Women. They would be joined by Eve Ensler, internationally acclaimed playwright and activist.
