Oi oi.. what is this I’m hearing subah subah now? Seems Katrina Kaif gave Nana Patekar a gift some days ago, thinking it was his birthday. Although the fiery actor was surprised that his birthday (actually on January 1) came for the second time this year, he was stunned when he saw the contents when he opened the box Kat gifted him.
Turns out that old underwear, one single chappal and a fake moustache were put in the box, before Kat was given it to present to Patekar. According to my parinda, Ajay Devgn was the brains behind this prank, along with Arjun Rampal and Manoj Bajpai.
Suna hai, Ajay told Kat that despite it being Patekar’s janam din, he was in a foul mood and only she could cheer him up. So he suggested that she give him a cake and he would organise it for her. And he ganged up with Rampal and Bajpai to pack the box for Kat.
Bas, aur kya? Naturally, when Nana pulled out the contents from the box, Kat was so very flummoxed that she turned beetroot red. And Devgn, Rampal and Bajpai were so amused by her embarrassment that they burst out laughing.
That’s when Patekar revealed to Kat that they had pulled a fast one on her and she should beware of Ajay’s practical jokes in the future. Really now!
