Gandhi, is in Goa to raise money for his forthcoming dream project
Taj besides gracing the 40th edition of the International Film Festival of
India (IFFI).
The Academy award winning actor who landed in Goa Sunday told reporters at the airport that he would also be hunting for finances for his forthcoming film Taj.
"I am looking out for finances for this film," Sir Ben Kingsley told reporters at the airport, adding that he was "very serious about the film".
Kingsley, who is expected to portray the character of Shahajahan in the film has been accorded 'Z' category security and will be escorted by a specially designated police escort vehicle, a personal security guard and a quick reaction team (QRT) during his stay in Goa.
Kingsley, a guest of honour at the IFFI will also walk the red carpet Monday.
