Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh has been ruled out of the last two one-day internationals against Sri Lanka due to a finger injury. The left-hander suffered the injury during the second and final Twenty20 match against Sri Lanka earlier this month, and missed the first two ODIs of their
five-match series before playing in the third in which he scored 23.

"Due to the finger injury sustained earlier, Yuvraj Singh has been advised rest and therefore he will not play in the fourth and fifth ODIs," the Board of Control for Cricket in India said in a statement.

India took a 2-1 lead in the five-match series by winning the third match by seven wickets in Cuttack on Monday.

The fourth will be played in Kolkata on Thursday and the final match will be played in Delhi on December 27.
