UNDER HONEY'S HAT
Morning my malai sandwiches! How goes this Friday subah with you? I’m taking it easy today since I’m already in the weekend mood and planning a getaway to a secret location. I
can’t reveal the whereabouts lest Madhu my Mottu Maid trails me there. But I do have some revelations from tinsel town for you my dahlings. So read on…

Alright, we do know that Katrina Kaif has been confirmed to play the lead in director Aziz Mirza’s next but hardly anything is known about the subject yet. A veteran jasoos just dropped by to tell me that the film in question is a remake of the angrezi flick, P. S. I Love You.

Apparently, Mirza is also co-producing the film in association with Warner Bros who are the producers of the Hollywood original toplining Hillary Swank, Gerard Butler and Lisa Kudrow. Needless to say Kat will replay the role enacted by Swank. The rest of the cast is yet to finalised.

Although, it’s been reported that John Abraham and Ranbir Kapoor were to be roped in for Mirza’s movie, it seems unlikely if either of them will be in finally, says my informer. Reason: Gerard’s character dies much before the interval so the storyline primarily revolves around Kat in this remake and the men in question are not interested in abbreviated appearances.

According to my khabru, Mirza is maha impressed with Kat’s chemistry with Ranboo in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani and keen on casting them. But he isn’t sure the Kapoor dude would be just as keen considering the length of his character.

So the director is figuring out ways of giving more screen time to the hero without straying from the storyline. Dehkte hain how Mirza saab manages to convince Ranboo to come on board. Hmmm.
